Because all items are uniquely created and handmade with rare and natural ingredients as well as intention I unfortunately can not except returns or exchanges, especially for custom orders.

However, if I have made a mistake I will absolutely except returns or exchanges. Please let me know right away if there has been a problem with your order and I'll work quickly to correct it.
