Like life, tea is multifaceted. Tea can be used as an occasion for entertainment, such as afternoon tea. Traditionally, tea was used for meditation, contemplation, and elevation of the mind and spirit. The purpose of this course is to provide you with an understanding of tea, offering a practical guide on how to incorporate tea meditations into daily life to attain peace and happiness. Over the course of 6 weeks , you will receive teachings about specialty tea along with a reflection on life to bring you into an introspective and meditative tea therapy session. Each week you will be presented with a specific topic focused on situations you faces in ordinary life. Each topic is accompanied by a corresponding tea and meditation to help put into practice the philosophical words, to help find the truth within yourself. At the end of each lesson, you will be presented with journaling questions to reflect on what you've learned during your Tea Therapy. The aim is not to journal for journaling's sake, but to turn your words into action. Only then will you become active in your own rescue.
